Who is Baby Dosh?
Dorothy Kainembabazi, also known as Baby Dosh, was born in Mbarara on 14th January to living parents. Her father, a teacher, later became a principal, while her mother worked as a secretary to a bishop throughout Kainembabazi’s childhood before resigning to run a poultry business. Kainembabazi identifies as a Munyankole, a subgroup within the Banyankole ethnicity, and belongs to the Mshambo clan. She works alongside talented individuals at Crooze FM, where she is highly regarded.
Her Educational Background
Her educational journey began at Mbarara Kindergarten and Mbarara Preparatory School for her nursery and primary education, respectively. She then attended Bweranyangi Girls for two and a half years before transferring to Kyebambe Girls. She completed her O-levels at Kyebambe and her A-levels at Namirembe Hillside. Baby Dosh went on to pursue a Bachelor’s of Arts in Mass Communication at Uganda Christian University, confirming her intentional career path in journalism.
