This is the 22nd annual BET Awards ceremony aired, with Taraji P. Henson returning as host.
The show was presented live from the Microsoft Theater, star-studded and featuring a plethora of top stars.
Surely, we was blessed with performance from Lizzo, Jack Harlow, Lil Wayne, Roddy Ricch and Chance the Rapper.
The first BET Awards were held in 2001 solely to celebrate Black artistes and performers. These are selected from entertainment, film, music, marketing and sports industries.
