The leaders of Britain, Denmark, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and Spain are all expected to attend. Key European figures such as NATO chief Mark Rutte, European Council President Antonio Costa, and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen will also join the discussions for the Ukraine Crisis.
