FA Cup Fourth Round 2025 draw was held on Sunday January 12 , 2025. After an exciting Third Round which saw English Premier League teams once again dominate the ties such as Manchester City’s 8-0 thumping of Salford City on Saturday, the fourth round of the FA Cup was decided though some few other teams are yet to play.
However, the highlight of the FA Cup Third Round came from the match between defending Champions Manchester United and their arch rivals Arsenal. The pulsating game that ended 1-1 in normal time with Diogo Dalot shown a red card in the 61st minute saw Man United triumph 5-4 on penalties.

FA Cup Fourth Round: Big Games to Watch out For
You will agree with me that at times in Football fixtures some teams are just lucky. Take a look at Liverpool vs Accrington Stanley in the third round, a game that ended 4-0 in favour of the Reds. In the fourth round, Liverpool has been given Plymouth Argyle , a team that is 24 in Championship.

As if not enough, Leyton Orient or Derby County will have to face Manchester City, another game similar to the David versus Goliath situation. Meanwhile struggling English Premier League teams like Everton have had the bad luck of being matched with teams that are almost the same strength or even stronger than them. However, in football anything is possible.
