The artist highlighted how the experience has changed her perspective on mental health. This is a topic she had never considered deeply before the incident. “Until this time, I had not realized how important mental health is. I had never been depressed before. My heart breaks for all the women who have gone through situations like this.”

Gloria Bugie to join organizations in support of blackmailed women

In response to the incident, Bugie has pledged to join organizations supporting victims of blackmail and similar abuse. “That is why I am joining organizations that are helping such women so we can all live in a blackmail-free society.” Bugie also addressed a police complaint filed by music promoter Abitex, who accused her of promoting pornography. In a firm response, she criticized the allegations, asserting that no woman would deliberately expose her nakedness to the world. “I hope that Abitex has sisters or daughters himself. I wish he would study and understand what I am going through,” Bugie said.
