Self care and sip is here to give ladies an experience beyond utterance. Encouraging everyone to do something about their skin and bringing workable solutions. Ivelle beauty started by Alexis in 2021 and today we see it birthing “self care and sip”.

Alexis stated that, “If you don’t like how your skin looks, what are you doing about it? However much you try to seek outward validation, it won’t help for it starts within. I choose to inspiring women through beauty products. Practice self care. “

Lutgard Musiime a nutrition and one of the speakers stated that,” What you eat in private is what your body will display in public. Help your body by eating food that serves you in the different food values.Knowing your body type will help you know what it needs.”
The skin being the largest organ on your body, needs to be well taken care of. Take vitamins such as lemons which have the highest form of vitamin C. Eat foods rich in Vitamin E an anti oxidant; this helps get rid of some products the body doesn’t need. Eat foods that are rich in zinc, , this helps repair your body. omega 3 fatty acids found in fish.
Noella of Kwezi beauty secrets gracefully listed down the key notes she would give her younger self. Encouraged the ladies that less is more and they don’t have to use over 15 different products on their skin, rather get what works for you and stick to it.

Tracy Nkwanzee spoke on femininity and balance and stated that, “Taking care of your mental will lead you to fulfilling your potential.” How many times have we Forgetten to Prioritise ourselves and create time for self care, inner peace, self confidence or even self esteem?
Loise Agassi a personal trainer and wellness coach at Luisita fitness emphasised the importance of eating what your body needs and not aimlessly. She went on to disregard the lose-fat-quick notion and stated, “Don’t expect to get rid of fat you spent 5 years accumulating in 3 days, that’s a scam. Invest in your physical health, get a wellness coach if need be. Do something to be better.”
