What is Kakebe Tech Camp?
Lira, Uganda – August 1, 2024 – Kakebe Technologies Limited has unveiled plans for the Kakebe Tech Camp 2025, a pioneering initiative designed to equip East African youth with advanced technology skills and entrepreneurial training. This two-week residential camp will be held at Jerusalem Heritage School Lira from January 5th to 19th, 2025.
The Kakebe Tech Camp 2025 will gather 250 young individuals aged 12-35 from across East Africa. The initiative intends to offer them a comprehensive curriculum spanning Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Software Development, Video Gaming, Creative Arts, Climate Action, Eco Actions, and Entrepreneurship. According to Sedrick Otolo, this program aims to provide participants with an invaluable opportunity to develop their skills. It should also help them collaborate with peers, and learn from industry experts.
