Gospel star Levixone, whose real name is Lucas Lubyogo, has recently shared that he is ready to embark on a new chapter in his life—marriage. In a candid interview, the celebrated gospel artist expressed his desire to settle down, explaining that he feels the timing is right.
“I’ve reached a stage in my life where I feel ready for marriage. At 34, I believe I’m at a place where it’s time to seek prayers and support from my followers and supporters. Weddings are costly, and I want to ensure I’m prepared, so I’ve put out a request for both prayer and financial assistance,” Levixone shared.
His comments followed a social media post where he expressed his longing for marriage. This post caught the attention of Desire Luzinda, who has also embraced Christianity. She responded with prayers for Levixone, sparking speculation about a potential romantic connection between them.
Levixone addressed these rumors directly, clarifying that there are no plans involving Desire Luzinda. “I have never announced a wedding, and I am looking forward to sharing that moment with everyone when it happens. I appreciate the prayers and support as I seek a partner who aligns with my values and faith,” he stated.
He detailed the qualities he seeks in a future spouse, emphasizing a desire for someone who is deeply committed to their faith and compassionate towards others. “I’m looking for a woman who is devoted to the Lord, loving towards all people, and supportive of my ministry. These qualities are crucial for me,” he concluded.
Rumors about Levixone’s relationship status were fueled by photos from mid-2022, showing him and Desire Luzinda in what appeared to be a traditional engagement ceremony. Despite the speculation, it was later revealed that these images were from a music video for Levixone’s song ‘Yoya’ featuring Ray G, and there was no actual engagement. Levixone has consistently maintained that he has not made any official introductions.
