Roast And Rhyme is an annual Ugandan “meat chewing” event graced by Bell Lager in partnership with some entertainers.
The popular get together event is attended by several revellers and barbeque vendors. It’s usually a very lively celebration just to get people to enjoy themselves and rendezvous. The event is mostly attached to Swangz Avenue which actually provides premium live performance.
Roast and Rhyme 2022 is slated to span three days from Friday 1st July till Sunday 3rd July 2022.
The powerful gather last happened in 2020, just before a lockdown was slapped on literally everyone.
How Much Will Tickets Cost?
Roast And Rhyme Nyam On The Nile tickets cost 150k early bird for the 3 days. You will have to pay 180k at the gate or 100k per single day.
Swangz Avenue is promising that this event is going to be worth it just like usual.
Roast And Rhyme 2022 Event Plan
The event this time is happening in Jinja city for the very newest experience.
On Saturday, the event will start with visiting several tourist attractions in Jinja. These include the source of the River Nile which is the longest river in the world, Quad biking, horse riding, tubing, bungee jumping and many others.
As a guest, expect a treat to an evening full of meat, and live entertainment by Uganda’s best performers. The event will wind up in style with an after-party featuring the best DJs.

On Sunday we shall wake-up to an all-white brunch from 10am. You will have a chance to taste yummy food cuisines whilst listening to soul music from the top best performers.
